While I had a little bit of difficulty downloading the product, the support I received once the programming was fixed was amazing. Most impressive is that once the product was successfully downloaded was hearing my children laugh and carry on once they heard SpongeBob give us directions to our family Fathers Day celebration. It put everyone in a good mood for what could have otherwise been a long and boring drive!!

This product didn’t work from the beginning. Thought it was me, sent it back for a new one, same results. I called Garmin directly and was told that it did not recommend this product. Got the same product from Garmin at one-third the price and it works perfectly.

|Family guide did not download,
I followed the instructions to downlod on my new Garmin nuvi1450, It has installed SpongeBob voice but did not install the family guide, when I go under “Extras” it shows nothing. I could locate only online support and it took three attempts (two of them the chat sessions abruptly closed) and the support is also not that great. In the end, I was asked to return the Garmin get another one and try to download again. Even if I do that I do not have much confidence it will work. I am giving up.
